Uhh, everyone in the Philadelphia area (excluding Norristown) calls it a Hoagie.

I grew up in PA, and there were many places that called it a Hoagie and even places called them grinders. It really depends on where you are and what place you go to. I know I could go back home and still find places that sell them by any name.
