Sub, never even heard anyone call it a Hoagie... then again I'm in Canada so I have a feeling that's why...

Standard sandwiched like that are Subs.
A Grinder is a special kind of sub that's been cooked and such sort of like QUiznos.

ITs a SUBMARINE sandwich okay? Not a "Sub", and definitly not a "Hoagie"> If you wanna know the precise term-its actually a "TORPEDO".

Hoagie? WTF

Ever hear of SUBway? What about Port of SUBS? Or maybe Cousin's SUBS? How about Quizno's SUBS?

I definitly know Hoagie is a PA and partially NJ term. I live in Trenton, NJ and people north of me dont know what a hoagie is, its a sub to them. Hoagie for me tho, voted!

--oh yeah, nothing beats a Wawa or Quick Check hoagie lol

No one uses Hoagie anymore.

Come back from the 80's. 😛

Uhh, everyone in the Philadelphia area (excluding Norristown) calls it a Hoagie.

I grew up in PA, and there were many places that called it a Hoagie and even places called them grinders. It really depends on where you are and what place you go to. I know I could go back home and still find places that sell them by any name.
