I eat organic granola most mornings. I thought that because I'm in Oakland I could escape that and eat normal food, but I'm too close to the Berkeley border. The hippies got to me. :(

My favorite breakfast is a double cheeseburger, a steak, or maybe some sausage and hashbrowns. :)

News flash: saturated fat is not a requirement for breakfast foods.

Fresh fruit requires almost no gastric digestion and yields energy quickly, and contains fiber, vitamins and antioxidants.

1 Cup milk
1 Scoop Double Chocolate Optimum Nutrition Whey

Blend and put in two ice cubes. This is my daily weekday breakfest, I haven't gotten sick of it yet for over a year. Cheap and quick.

I feel like Bubba from Forrest Gump...fried eggs, easy-over eggs, omelet eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, egg sandwiches...blah blah blah. I need more rotation in my diet. What are some other good and relatively healthy breakfast ideas?

What do you eat besides eggs? MORE eggs! Don't like bagged cereals! That's great, because it's cheaper to buy it by the bulk bag anyway!

In all seriousness, I LOVE cereal. Yogurt is good too. Cottage cheese...

Then there's always cold pepperoni pizza and mountain dew, but it's been a long time since I've had that.

Heroin, the breakfast of...uhh...champions?

Actually, the breakfast of champions was the vodka martini (according to Kurt Vonnegut, who coined the phrase).

No, but protein is. Unless you like having to eat every hour.
