Stuff to eat other than eggs for breakfast?

What are some other good breakfast items other than eggs? I throw oatmeal and parfaits in once in awhile and I don't care for boxed cereals. I feel like Bubba from Forrest Gump...fried eggs, easy-over eggs, omelet eggs, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, egg sandwiches...blah blah blah. I need more rotation in my diet. What are some other good and relatively healthy breakfast ideas?

Ooh I should also mention bread-type stuff...I sometimes have eggs with pancakes or french toast, so rule that out too :D

How do you make potato pancakes?

Pizza, tacos, nachos, spaghetti and meatballs, deli sandwich. The possibilites are endless. Just because it is before noon, doesn't mean you have to forego your favorite foods.

Whole grain waffles.
Yogurt.

Try making bacon, egg, and cheese toaster sandwiches. Use whole grain bread, low or non fat cheese, and this.
It's not the healthiest, but it not too bad and would tasted great.

Maybe throw some fruit into the mix (sliced bananas and/or strawberries can help in cereal, yogurt, and oatmeal).

I eat a bowl of oatmeal or granola almost every morning. I also like to through some fruit into the mix, either a banana or some mixed fruit with watermelon, grapes, apple, kiwi, etc.

On weekends I like to fry up some bacon fried rice and make a smoothie. Some saturdays are accidental drink all day days in which case I start off with mimosas or scredrivers or bloody marys or tanquerays and ojs. Those days go downhill quickly.

Oh, look at Mr. pretentious with his soylent green and veal. I regret to inform you that most of the rest of us choose to have filet mignon with our soylent green.

INSANITY:

In the end it's the soylent green that makes the meal....literally.

We chop up the cook after each meal and eat them the next day.

I gotta tell you...it's starting to get pretty expensive. We are stretching our checkbooks really thin and rationing our meals, 1 finger a day etc...

We tried some poor folk and while the teriaki, jerked, and Colnel's Rotisserie styles were delicious, they were still too expensive, even if they were much cheaper then Jeeves.

My wife makes a lot of breads from scratch (zuchinni, banana, ect) that we make big batches of "mini" loafs of. We'll bundle up the extra and toss them in the freezer for pulling out and thawing later on. It's made with whole wheat and we use applesauce instead of oil so they are quite healthy.

We eat a ton of waffles too. The whole grain eggo ones aren't bad for you at all. We put the sugar free syrup on them to keep calories down.

But like you, we do a ton of egg related things (breakfast wraps, egg on a bagel, egg sammich, fried, scrambled, on a biscuit, ect). We go through a carton of eggs a week for two of us.

Hashbrowns, bacon, ham, sausage.

Or go with something different. I had spaghetti for breakfast.

There is a thing called THE INTERNET!

Or ignoring the torrent of millions of recipes available online, I could go on AT and ask for input for what actually tastes good. Hmm, what a concept...;)

Soon to be a baby lifer. I can't wait. Baby meat is the best. Only 10K posts, you'll be so soft, so tender, never newb (oops I mean never chewy). Goosemaster, this looks right up your alley. Drool....
