Where do you draw the line? At what age should a girl be considered a consenting adult? What about a 45 year-old man that finds a little girl in a chatroom and talks her into a public meeting. Should that be against the law or legal? She might be 'consenting' as well, but not really old enough to make that judgement.
This sort of thing happens all the time, and has been for years and years. I can remember a time when I was in high school, well let's just say I got my finger wet on the way to school on the bus (Fully consented of course😉 ) Now I am not a kid (I graduated high school back in the mid 80's) so that does show you it happens all the time, and has always been happening. The bad thing here is the kids got caught and the adults who caught them just can not believe it. WELL BELIEVE IT!!!
And does everyone believe those other 3 teens was just 'cheering'? They was probably saying " Get out of the way, my turn!!" 🙂 All the while the girl was going right along with it enjoying every moment of it.

In our country, the age of consent is 16. Under that, it is up to the parents of the minor to decide if they want to press rape charges, whether it is consenting or not. It doesn't matter if the girl was 15, 11, or 6. A line has to be drawn somewhere, don't you think? As has been proven throughout history (and today), without the protection of the law, underage girls are taken advantage of. Whether she was consenting or not, now, do you think she is proud of what she did?
Picture the same thing happening between two 17-18 year-olds. 13-14 year-olds. 10-11 year-olds 5-6 year-olds. Again I ask, where do you think the age needs to be? If your number is other than 16, lobby your local politicians for a change.
My guess is that you must be a teenager yourself, knowing all that you need to know in the world right now. Put yourself in the shoes of the girl in the article. Do you think she's going to be treated normally in school after this?

since you seem to be having trouble with this, i'll make it a little more explicit for you... i thought this was obvious, but i guess it isn't to some. when i say "school bus", i am referring to a school bus in normal use. not some kind of porno school bus or an empty one. just picture the school bus you took to get to school. that is the scenario i am talking about.

Did the girl DO IT BECAUSE SHE WANTED TO? that is the ONLY question you should be asking, everyone makes their own choices...

it WOULD be a non-issue if nobody saw it. that does not mean it is okay though.
the only circumstance under which this would be okay is if everybody involved was okay with it... the school district (they are paying for the bus), the bus company (it is their bus), the bus driver, all the students on the bus, and the parents of all the students on the bus. so, if you can get their approval, go ahead and have sex on the bus. i know that it is extremely unlikely that all these people would be okay with it, and therefore found it unnecessary to list all these people. the school district and the bus company, because they should have a say in what is acceptable on their own property, the bus driver and students because they are exposed to the activity, and the parents because they should have a say in what their children are exposed to.

after all violence/sex on tv is banned, whats next, sueing the criminals that your son witnessed robbing a bank cause it's a bad influence on him?
surely if everyone was better educated about sex from an early age then you'd get less 14 yr old mothers and less deseases among schools.
i find it wierd that almost everything to do with sex is censored, even the language but thinks like rape, murder and even peodophelia are perfectly acceptable in conversation but are some of the worst things that you can do.
and why are only some words concidered swearing, like f**k, c**k, cu** and so on are wrong, but sex, bj and things like that are fine.
also i think that the only reason that sexual terminoligy is considered wrong is that people are afraid of having to explain it to their kids.
if people were frank with them from the start, then all the swearing in the world wouldn't harm them in the least.

sex = right 😛
