the only circumstance under which this would be okay is if everybody involved was okay with it... the school district (they are paying for the bus), the bus company (it is their bus), the bus driver, all the students on the bus, and the parents of all the students on the bus. so, if you can get their approval, go ahead and have sex on the bus. i know that it is extremely unlikely that all these people would be okay with it, and therefore found it unnecessary to list all these people.
