Can't imagine I did not know this about stronglifts. Do they advocate no warm up sets?

FWIW: I do warm up sets. It is in part to practice form. I used to do something like 135x1x5, 155x1x5 then 175x5x5 for the workout weight. But lately, I'll do 5 lower weights before getting to my workout weight. So, 135x1x5, 145x1x5, 155x1x5, 165x1x5 then 175x5x5 for the workout weight. Is this bad?
