Actually I've seen it done many times, not only on tractors, but big rigs too. Most of the time I saw alcohol being used because excess liquid evaporates and leaves less residue than something like starter fluid.

Haha, I'm sure you have seen it many times. That doesn't mean that it's the right way to do it.
It's obviously photoshopped. Look at the right rear wheel. There's part of the orange wheel showing through the tire.
I know a few years ago when I lived in TX the fad was to have wide rims, stretched tires and then to have spacers big enough to have the wheels over half the width past the fender. looked stupid and my neighbor damaged a rim by hitting a curb because of it.
