another vote for tf2. play demoman and spam like you don't care. you'll still blow stuff up, a lot.

San Andreas. Blow shit up, drive car off hills into rivers as cops follow you down to their watrery graves, abandon car, swim around, catch a flight, jump out with a parachute right in the precinct's lot, blow shit up, jack a cop car, run over some pedestrians, jack a light aircraft, attempt land it on top of a running train, total aircraft, steal a bike, pop some wheelies...

Rinse and repeat. You don't even have to think - just run around causing mayhem. Sometimes when I want to indulge in some braindead gaming, I just fire up Need for Speed Most Wanted, load a car with Level 4 heat and unleash hell.

Hmm, playing a relaxing tune (ie. Tears of the Dragon by Bruce Dickinson) could really relieve stress.

I hate to say it, but postal 2 is a good strss relief. You can do just about any messed up thing in that game, including pee on people.

I'd say Hellgate London would fit your bill nicely. Titan Quest would too, but HGL is a better buy right now and immensely more supported.

unreal tournament 3 is freakin awesome fun for blasting things left and right. Turning people into gibs with the flak canon at close range is a very satisfying feeling.
