Sounds like your company is shitty at project management. Been there done that, which is a major reason I quit.

Work everyday as in 7 days or Monday thru Friday? If 7 days that sucks if Monday thru Friday then suck it up.

Meh, dont put up with it, work on your own terms. If you are over-stressed and pushing 100 hour weeks, your work quality is gonna go down the tube and it wont help you out over the long term anyhow.

If you just need to work 1 100 hour week, and then after that things will calm down to normal 40-50 hour weeks ... then thats normal crunch time/release time cramming ... but dont kill yourself.

Work is work. If it stress you out too much, it is not worth it. Find another job that is less stressful even though it make less. Health > Money....

Work related stress destroyed me last year. Never again!

Seriously, it's not worth it.

Work smarter not harder ;)

Silly, this is ATOT, the only reason to work is to make enough money to retire early no matter how toxic the work environment. Life gets put on hold till you can pay cash for everything and the previous thirty years of miserable work will miraculously have no effect on your personality and outlook.

Work five 8 hour days(minus holidays) a week til the end of the year. If it doesn't get done, try again next year.

I love my work but, our society doesn't value it so I get paid poorly. I'll probably work till I die both because, I enjoy it and can't afford not to. Which of us has it better? :)

Work sucks. I've basically adapted this approach. Fack material possessions if it's going to cause me to have to deal with work for that much longer.

Basically you teach people how to treat you. Take abuse once, and you'll take it a thousand times.

He does. Unless you're a pro surfer or something. I can find a number of things I enjoy doing outside of work. I can't imagine any job outside of being a pro athlete that I would voluntarily do if money wasn't an object.

If you're really good, you would get paid. But that's pretty much true in any industry.
