Give me some ideas of what I can do before bed every night to help out stiffness. I work on my feet all day so my legs, mostly hammys, are the worst. So I need some help on what do.

You can do some stretching, such as legs and arms stretching, not intensive but stretch your body in proper strength and amount , or soak your feet in boiling water before bed. Relax yourself !!!
