I'll second this one. Back in Action is an alright real time tactics game, but it hardly fills the same void as the originals.

By Star Control, are you referring to the RPG or is there actually another game by the same name?

Star Control was a strategy/arcade hybrid.

Star Control 2 was an adventure (I guess you could say RPG though I don't think anyone in 1992 would have called it that)/arcade hybrid.

Would love to see a proper sequel in the style of SC2.

Anyway... the usual suspects: Alpha Centauri, Rise of Nations, etc. etc. Lords of the Realm would be good. Caesar. Simcity . Rollercoaster Tycoon.

A C&C reboot could be cool.

Speaking of homeworld, http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/teampix/homeworld-touch-ios-android-and-homeworld-3-pc-mac barely got funded.

However, everyone has to wait until April 15th to see if they can buy the homeworld IP form THQ at the auction.
