Very good movie. I enjoyed it. My wife enjoyed it. There are not many movies I can say that about.

Watched this last night and really liked it. I thought Ferrell did a great job and it was a nice break from his "comedy" roles.

Its possibly the only movie with Ferrell in the lead role that i actually liked.

hahaha...can't argue with ya there. If you haven't seen Winter Passing yet...check that one out. He's not a lead...but a supporting actor. Good movie though.

Had a great beginning, but the story started to really sag past the middle (and picked up a little towards the end)

It wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be, but it was worth a rental. No more.

Stranger Than Fiction

I was going to chime in and say great movie and album :p

 That was the first BR album I bought. Went to see them that year when they were touring. At the aragon ballroom iirc. Seems like yesterday. :)

I don't particularly like the ending. I won't spoiler it but something about it didn't sit with me quite right. I did enjoy the movie quite a bit through regardless.

loved it, made my own post about it not too long ago.

anyone who says Talladega Nights is good is either retarded, braindead, or both. one of the worst movies i've ever seen.

Good movie until the ending.

Ok, this is the spoiler part. The ending was stupid for two reasons. One was the heartlessness of the Jules Hilbert character, just seemed stupidly unrealistic. There was no reason to think he was psychopathic or had any other disorder that would make him justify a man's death just to make for a good book ending, yet thats how he is. The other part is that, Crick dying did NOT make the book some amazing piece of literature. It was a stupid random death any writer could write into a book and not so amazing that people would be talking about it for decades like they imply, I'm sure there are many books with the exact same type of death scene.
