I'm setting up a network between two computer for file exchange using the NetBeui protocol. It's something I've done lots of before,
but I am having a problem with this one computer.
First, when the two computers are started and running, only one computer has a workling network neighborhood that lists both computers
and all the appropriate shared drives. It can access the other computer fine. However, on the other computer, nothing appears in network
neighborhood, and when I try to manually map a drive on the other computer it gives an error saying "Not logged on".
On this 'broken' computer, I've discovered that if you logoff, and then login (even without any password) the other computer will show up
in network neighborhood. I have the primary logon for both computers set to "Windows Logon"
Does anyone know a way to eliminate this This is a problem that I can't find a solution to on my own, and it really has me stumped.
Thanks
