A paramedic on NintendoAge forums says he's 100% sure it's heroin.

So there are heroines in the games?

I was hoping for some quotes ripped from anandtech in the article.

Edwin is old hopefully he will come around after it warms up

How do you know that? The stuff may have been stuffed in the cartridge locally.
A European NES game has no business here since it won't work on most NES systems. If the board wasn't broken to fit the packets, it would probably work on a clone NES or the rare top-loader (which has no CIC lockout chip).

Still, whoever put the probably-drug-filled packets inside snapped off a protrusion from the board to fit the packets. Here's the part that tells you the packets were probably inserted while in Europe: They put the board from a different European game (Isolated Warrior) into the cartridge shell for Rollergames.

You talk like your the only drug dealing game collector. *colbert*

man, this blows. You guys could have maybe earned some royalty $$$ from Vince Gilligan and AMC for picking up your story as an episode or 5 for Breaking Bad.

....but hey! Better Call Saul is still a thing, so maybe this could be written in as an early (failed?) scheme from one of the young and stupid Salamanca thugs?

You guys need to write down your experience on a gum wrapper as "story idea," register it for $10 bucks at WCA or something like that, and wait. Then you can have anyone by the balls when they try to steal your story!

seriously, you can register it any form, any format, and not even as complete ideas or even sentences.

Nah, they needed to be hit by the DEA, and the drug dealers, and a strange love triangle and made into a Lifetime movie.
