Story: Obama to sell B-2 bomber tech to Chinese for debt forgiveness

Dunno about the source, but don't think it's completely out of the question - it's no crazier than Reagan selling weapons to Iran for the Contras; Clinton risking it all for a BJ from an ugly intern; or Dubya with his actions during the war-on-terror. The question is, should any President be willing to make such a deal if it were offered? If so, how much debt forgiveness would make it a reasonable deal?

Other than some random blog, there really is no source for this. And yes, for strategic bombing missions (say into china or russia) the spirit is old tech
