Yeah you would, or maybe not, be surprised at how bad gas can get!
My grandfather landed in the ER one night because he thought he was having a heart attack for real....just really bad gas.

When was the last time you had a movemnet?
Drink a lot of water and get some fiber.
Or, you have a ruptured apendix(sp?).

Could possibly be a gallstone. They are not too serious, but should be checked out. Check your eyes and skin for yellowing(yellow jaundice).

I have had really bad pains before as well where it feels like youre going to die and all you can do is stagger to the toilet and fight out a crap. Usually it occurs if I haven't taken a dump in a couple of days, maybe you're constipated.....sorry for being so graphic but it's all I can come up with. After I have those symptoms and spend a good half an hour on the toilet, I feel like a new man.

Actually ive been crapping more than usual lately, i even remember noticing that yesterday afternoon before this all started... Im going to the bathroom like 4-5 times a day....
