While Trump Sr starts the "Steve who?" part of this here is Jr in 18 pumping said fraudsters:

In January, Kobach told the New York Times that he had described the organization to Trump in a personal phone call and that the president had given it his blessing.
“I talked with the president, and the “We Build the Wall Effort’’ came up,” Kobach said. “The president said ‘the project has my blessing, and you can tell the media that.’”

Why do you think they watered down the impeachment to "abuse of power" and narrowed the scope of it? Why do you think Republicans didn't just stop at one Benghazi hearing then? A lot of people don't have much of a clue what is going on, and Democrats are content keeping it that way. Pelosi is afraid that exposing it will turn people off, which is funny because at the same time they argue Comey turned liberal-leaning voters away with buttery males. Somehow having the goods is going to be harmful? Yeah right.... And if not that, I guess she's like Biden and doesn't want to hurt the image of the Republican party. They need to put these assholes on record again, if not just for the "told you so" if the election is close, and Republicans try challenging any vote past election day. Fucking with the USPS is a good one. I wouldn't be surprised also if Biden/Harris admin tries to move on instead of holding all these corrupt pieces of shits accountable.

Still ridiculous, with Gish gallop. Whatever happens, you make it into an attack on the Democrats.

In order to get their hands on the funds, Bannon arranged for We Build the Wall to pay invoices to an unnamed non-profit he controlled. That non-profit, as well as other shell entities, made sham payments to the defendants.

In order to conceal the sham payments, Bannon even created 1099 tax forms to pay Kolfage's wife for "media work," as well as to document unspecified payments for "social media."

Meanwhile, his codefendants sent text messages saying "as far as the public knows, no one is getting paid" and—in relation to the tax obligations that Bannon's non-profit would incur—"better than you or me lol."

The indictment also notes that Bannon and his alleged co-conspirators began using encrypted messaging apps after learning a federal investigation was underway.

Totally not guilty. Lol.

And down goes Curt Schilling.
Hm, the tweet in question is gone. Mind summarizing, please? :)

Also, who is this guy? lol I have no idea, I just love reading about shitty thieving trumptrain-associated scammers getting their just grapes. :D

Out on 5 mil bond. Nice to have friends with half mil lying around.
Hm, you don't think Bannon could have shifted that amount of dough by himself? Wasn't he an executive at Goldman Sachs for years, like?

Can I please suggest you keep him this time?
Yeah! Ban his hamburger-textured ass from the EU kthxpl0x! lol

THANKS.

If you guy can arrange for Nigel Farage to be accidentally locked inside a shipping container and set adrift on the North Sea you've got yourselves a deal.

The case was investigated by the U.S. Postal Inspection Service and charged in court by the U.S. attorney’s office in Manhattan.

Barr may try to quash it, but he’ll have to have to expend some significant amount of “unbiased” capital to do it. He can’t kibosh Acting US Attorney Audrey Strauss, thanks to Lindsey Graham. Graham is blocking any hearings to confirm a permanent SDNY US Attorney replacement. That’s what made Geoffrey Berman’s move so spot on. He stepped down only after he picked his own replacement and was assured she could not be fired by Barr.

Someone is going to have to explain how the post office is involved here. I wasn’t aware that the post office had such power.

ALL federal agencies have their own special agents that act as their law enforcement apparatus for crimes under their purview. Here if he accepted one payment through the mail or used the mail in any way while carrying out the scheme it constitutes mail fraud.

If you commit tax fraud you will like see a IRS Special Agent and not the FBI unless the tax fraud was a part of a bigger crime beyond just tax fraud.
