Meh... I changed my mind myself... I decided to run her with a little more voltage and found that the sweetspot for my B3 is around 3.33Ghz @ 1.35v. She gets up to around 69/70c under load. I am fine with that, since I never really run torture tests all day.

I can get it to boot at 3.6 @ 1.38v but I cannot seem to get it stable. I am hitting the thermal ceiling and if I want to hit 3.6Ghz, I am going to need to water cool I think. Not sure it is worth it to drop $250 for 266Mhz gain... Of course, I could always use it for my next CPU. But mostly I just want to water cool because I love doing things I have never done before (hobby). Anyway, I am probably going to nix the water cooling idea for the moment, because the wife is starting to give me those looks... :D

Can you tell me how you got 3.33 at 1.35? Is this your bios vcore or what is being reported from CPU-Z? Is it is what is reported, then dont explain. If its what you set yours at, then please explain.

EDIT: actually, jsut noticed I am stable at 3.3 at 1.296 according to CPU-z, Here is a pichere is a pic.

Looks good! My temp that I set in BIOS for 3.33 is 1.44v, actual temp (in BIOS) is 1.4v but I never see that voltage because I have EIST and SPEEDSTEP enabled, accounding for Vdroop, means that I see 1.34-1.35 at load and when idle the system clocks down to 2.22Ghz @ 1.22v.

Voltages are difficult to pin down because of Vdroop CEIST, Speed step... CPUZ is correct, it is just that not many people know all the variables.
