3 days ? Try 3 weeks without one response, then they tell you, sorry for the delay, and to reinstall steam, as if that would fix it.
Funny how they have a 'verify' ability for games, but not steam itself.
When that didn't work, wait about a week for a reply, and this time, they tell you to download the beta client.
Haven't tried lately to see if that worked or not, it has been about 17 days though...ahh, what the heck.. I'll try it now.

*edit 2, and since I can go online again, without entering any information at all, it still knows who I am, and I am looking at my account & games.
