picked up the 2 Civ 4 expansions for $3 just for the sake of having the complete game.

debating whether or not to buy The Vanishing of Ethan Carter for $7 or not.

Hero Siege for $1.49 looks interesting. It might fall even more to $1 or less, but at that price it seems worth it.

I got a bunch of stuff I didn't plan to so far. I'd already got Alien: Isolation on sale for $20 in November and not installed it yet, so didn't need to get it in this sale at $12.49.

i grabbed borderlands 2 game of the year (which include all dlc) and x-com package with expansion. So far.

There are some DLCs (besides skins packs) not included in the GOTY version:
- Headhunter 1-5
- Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2 (only the first UVH upgrade pack is included in GOTY version of Borderlands 2)

You might want to buy those too, while they are also discounted (-67%).

Damn I suck at this Steam Summer Sale thing. Three games I bought out the gate (Super Meat Boy, Castle Crashers and Brothers - A Tale of Two Sons) have gone cheaper during daily deals than when I bought them. Like $7 total wasted, just a lesson learned for the future. I am slowing my roll.

Ryse: Son of Rome went daily deal and I have had my eye on it for a while. Does anyone here recommend it or not?

I bit on Prison Architect with 2 minutes left in the sale. I was being so good too. Now the flood gates have opened.

Um, now, who the heck would buy 3dmark for $10?
Are there that many people who like looking at benchmarking software?
Maybe if it was $2, but $10? 🙄

Remember you can now get a refund on a game. The TOS explicitly states that a game going on sale for a lower price is an acceptable reason for a refund.

I did that for Super Meat Boy and Brothers. Thank you for the tip.

Edit: And I already got the brothers refund. Awesome. I should have done that yesterday for Castle Crashers.

You can now get a refund for any game bought recently not played for 2 hours and re-buy it at the sale price (oops already posted).

Refund time!
Seriously, why would you get it?
The free version is good enough for 99.9% of the people.
Heck, they don't even offer free updates to the next version.

Total waste of $$$ IMO.

I remember the free version being gimped in some way, so I put it on my wishlist. $5 is fine when I spent almost $700 on a video card.

Good time to get the old style RPG's from Spiderweb - a package with a dozen games is $13.49 on daily deal. I spent $75 earlier on just the five Geneforge games, on sale.

Tales Of Maj'Eyal for $1.39 is an absolute no brainer. I think I have around 600 hours into that game and I still keep playing it.
