Steam Bao vs Baked Bao

Which do you prefer?

I myself am partial to steamed bao, but it seems like most non asian folk never heard of steamed bao.

Paper doesn't hurt anything. When I was little, after finishing a cupcake, I'd eat the paper shell. Chewy, cakey goodness :^D

I was trapped, I couldn't even tell it was paper at first, it REALLY looked like the dough. I looked today for the place I went to, Cafe Chin Chin, its now closed.
