BUT, after finishing our first year of law school, my friend and I went to Capital Grill in Boston and it was absolutely amazing. I was so impressed, I didn't think it would be so damn good. Strip steak, done medium rare, with a white truffle butter sauce. Now I'm not usually one for sauces and things on steak, but this really really enhanced the flavour of the steak as it was so subtle and good. omg, i'm dying just remembering it.

Agree completely. Capital Grill has some incredible steaks. Porterhouse, M/R for me. My dad's god-daughter works for them and she got us some gift cards, or I would never have paid for it though. Pricey place.

The bone-in rib steak from Delmonico's inside of the Venitian in Vegas is the best steak I have ever had in my life. I have to go at least once each time I go to Vegas.

I prefer a delmonico or filet. Medium.

I like Filet Mignon, but sometimes I can't turn down a good new york strip.

Med-rare of course with salt/pepper :-D
Damn, I'm hungy (no, not hungry.. hungy) now. heh
