ribeye or filet mignon or prime rib.

Oh man, I could so go for some nice surf n turf right about now.

LOL damn you people! The one thing that SUCKS about college is the food...back to ramen spaghetti untill thanksgiving 🙁

Porterhouse. You get a meaty sirloin on one side and a tender fillet on the other. I like it medium too with a little horseradish sauce or au jus.

Ribeye, season on both sides with a bit of salt and a liberal amount of black pepper and chili powder, sear over the coals on a charcoal grill, pull to the side, put on cover to finish it up a bit (to make it medium rare-medium, caramelized on the outside, red/pink at the center.) mmmm

Venison backstrap is also good, but I'd take a ribeye anyday.

1. Filet rare-med rare.
2. Sirloin med rare.

Never had a Porterhouse, sounds good, if a little excessive.

Thick ribeye - medium-rare - sautéed onions and mushrooms - loaded baked potato - green salad - buttered garlic bread - ice cold beer

followed up with a fresh, warm peach cobbler with ice cream

Man, am I *so* hungry now..

It's like a T-Bone with more fillet side that sirloin. 2nd best cut of steak.

Why do people say "green" salad. As opposed to.....blue salad?

😕
