Steak LOVERS, what is your favorite cut and how do you like it?

I'm a sucker for a good club or some delicious skirt steaks cooked up with onions. Medium well, just a hint of red.

hmm i'm really not to picky.

but my favorites are ribeye, T-bone or porterhouse all done med rare.

Ribeye. I like it rare to medium rare (depending on how much I trust the cook), with grilled onions, never steak sauce.

Ribeye or prime rib well done.
Well done? What a waste of meat! :Q

Que? It's still tender and flavorful, even well done. I'm not a big fan of bloody meat, but I'll do medium well too if I'm not the one cooking it.

Filet Mignon, medium rare

However, I think some spices vegetables can really make for the "best" steak. Mushrooms are a personal vaforite, and I like some coarse black pepper on the outside, optimally. OK, I gotta stop this talk. I can't handle it.

no steak sauce. steak sauce is only neccesary to cover up meat without flavor or tough cuts.

a nice red wine reduction sauce is fine though.

so is a pat of sizzling hot garlic butter.
