Technically he doesn't have to tell his boss anything other then he went to the doctor for a check up. That is private, privileged medical information his boss doesn't need to know anything other then he got his blood drawn.

The best defense is a good offense.... classic cheating strategy. First she "forgot" to tell you about a discharge she had "for a long time" (or at least since that trip to Mexico with the girls where she serviced an entire Mariachi band, 2 bartenders and that guy at the taco cart, etc..) and then accuses you of cheating when you KNOW you haven't.

I'm not buying the dormant STD story... if nothing else the woman has a horrible hygiene problem for not noticing an abnormal stanky puss running out of her crotch. Regardless of what her test says I'd be getting myself tested and then taking next train out of dodge and away from ol' drippy beef knuckle. People who can't keep their business from looking/smelling like a truck stop bathroom generally have other issues.

Good news! Just say you went to the doctor. Its not his business. And when you go to the doctor it makes sense that they draw blood.

Just say you have a doctor's appointment. You don't have to give any more detail. And he won't ask why you have a bandage on your arm.
