I did it since the beginning of my time on the internet mainly because we use a pseudonym and its nice to show your real name in conversations with real people. In other words, I'm talking about signing your posts with your actual (first) name, not your pseudonym. I stopped a few years ago after reading critical comments and threads like this one. I like to think that I'm not such a curmudgeon that I can't adapt to changing social conventions.

Yep. We always know a goosemaster post or thread. The threads are usually blog like in nature and no one really gives a shit except for goose...and the posts are usually worse.
