No, you don't get it. The only people the left has been "crucifying" over the past year are the people in white polo shirts and khakis carrying tiki torches and making Nazi salutes in public. We also question the wisdom of those in power who would pander to them, calling them "very fine people" or accept them as part of their base. The reason why this is sticking to Trump is because he hasn't done hardly enough to distance himself from them.

As for David Duke, I'm sure he's just seeking an audience for his vile hatred so he's latching on to Trump, hoping to ride the wave of populism to a broader base of his own. That's how hate spreads, when guys like Duke find other xenophobes and say "See? I'm not so crazy after all!" It's on Trump and his team to do everything in their power to nip it in the bud.

That was poorly worded on my part. Stimulus has a time and a place. Democrats know when that time and place is. The GOP does not. So you are correct that his reckless spending didn't tank the economy. It just put us in more debt so we were already in a deep hole when more stimulus was required.

Yes, exactly this. Notice that when Obama got the stimulus bill passed, conservatives were apoplectic over how "fiscally irresponsible" it was to spend so much money when our debt was already so high? After 8 years of not complaining about top heavy tax cuts coupled with large spending increases under Bush. And not complaining again now that it's already starting under Trump.

I appreciated the camera going to her several times throughout the event. Her pissy face all night really added to Trump's speech.

On a side note I watched her interview on CNN. She really, really doesn't want the FISA memo released. I wonder what she has to hide?

Maybe he should say something to David Duke and his followers like "Shut the F up and stop endorsing me. I don't hold your crappy views and i don't want them associated with me". That is what i would do if i didnt want to be connected to them.

For the 100th time, I am not a leftist. I lean left in a lot of ways, just like I'm not a conservative but I do agree with them in some areas as well. I actually was leaning Hillary early on, but that changed and I'm pro-Trump today. Those are the plain facts, continue to distort them how as you like to fit your agenda.
