Zyban (wellbuturin) really does help. You must take it for approx. 2 weeks prior to actually quitting. There will be some adjustments that have to take place, most importantly, you may have trouble sleeping for 2-3 weeks. It will pass. Stick with it.
I quit yesterday, and am taking Wellbutrin.
Also-its a good idea to use the gum or patch with the drug once you actually quit.
Good luck, brotha.

Isn't that a mild anti-depressant as well? I took Wellbutrin when I tried to quit too. Started right back up after the prescription ended. 🙁

I've never heard that, but I have heard that when you replace your cigarette cravings with snacks, you'll get fat.
