3.00 USD x 365 days = $1,095/year
exceptions:
-the holidays make up for buying two drinks in the same day
-tax included or excluded
fifteen minutes:
-of driving to coffee shop
-getting out and waiting in line
-driving back to where you need to go to next
15 minutes x 365 days = 5,475 minutes/year = 91.25 hours/year = 7.6 hours/month
so is all of this worth it for someone who makes 40 thousand dollars a year at an office job?
the time spent exercising for fifteen minutes in a single day will offer you:
-endo's for less stress and more happiness
-staying more awake in the long run than what a cup of coffee has to offer
-breaking money spending habbits, and saving over a thousand dollars
-improves stability of heart and health
-knowing you don't have to rely on a substance for staying awake
-spending time on yourself, instead of on Starbucks
I don't drink coffee anyway, so if it makes any of you feel better, this is what you can achieve in a year. GG
