Star Wars VII Casting

This cow has been milked so long it's a dehydrated pile of ash. Nobody cares about star wars anymore. Yes a made it lower case on purpose.
 
I don't like it. They should have abandoned the old stories and the old lore and the old characters and gone off with new story lines in the distant future.
 
40 years in the future, in the expanded universe, it's still the same characters. Of course, people age better due to medical tech I suppose, but just read the Fate of the Jedi series. It's like 43 years after Yavin and Luke is still kicking ass. Course, he's next to his son and lots of other younger ones.

I'd like to see who they get to play Mara Jade and Jaina Solo if they'd ever do the right thing and work off the EU.
 
Mark Hamill is already in the best place for him... as the voice of any animated version of the Joker

that way I don't have to look at him
 
I've heard rumors that Lucas is hoping to sign Triumph the Comic Insult Dog to play Chewbacca.
 
mark hamill's face is rotting off but reading his career on imdb it's a damn travesty and i feel bad for him, i say give him one last shot at the limelight just as kind of a national sympathy.

I genuinely think harrison ford coming back as han solo would be awesome, though. Carrier fisher...uh, hopefully not in the bikini.

Normally true, but go look at a picture of Gina Gershon at 50. SHE IS A WITCH. No way she should have skin like that and I guarantee you when she's 56 like carrie fisher is now she will not look nearly as nasty!
