Solo was better than every prequel and TLJ. I'd put it right behind ROTJ.

R1 was much better than TFA. And Solo isn't as bad as people are saying but it feels more like a sci-fi western (think Firefly) than Star Wars.

However considering EP.VII was EP.IV 2.0 and TLJ was an abysmal effort, there is a much better than average change that EP.IX will be average at best and fit in one of these 2 spots in my SW ranking. (And yes, I will lack credibility as I am in the minority who prefers EPVI to V).

EPV > EPIV > R1 > EPVI > TFA >>>>>>>> EPI-III,TLJ

I couldn't stand the stupid Ewoks in EPVI and wished they all got fried. And the space battle where the massive Imperial fleet with the SSD couldn't just stomp the ragtag Rebel fleet is irksome. EPV, IV, and R1 were all very good in my opinion. Haven't seen HS yet so can't rank it.

Its a good action film. Its a poorly told story and feels shoe-horned into the Star Wars universe.
