that's called quitting while you're ahead... in a way it's cool because he realized he can't act his way out of a paper bag, so instead of going the way of mark hamill he's actually going to do something else w/ his life
 
Before you guys trash the guy, he has been in other movies and some of the critics have applaud his performances in those movies.

We all know Natalie Portman can act but Star Wars didn't exactly showcase her acting skills either.

Yeah. It's not fair to judge an actor's skills based on how they delivered the verbal vomit that is Star Wars dialogue.

Another example: Christopher Lee. If his entire acting career were judged based on SW performance then he would suck.
