I am sorry for being dumb. But, where on the Staples site is that ad? I looked at the Weekly Deals, and the prices are nothing like what Allisolm mentions!

Really hot ... most of the NYC stores are already OOS.

Pick one up now if you want one. Here's where you MIGHT get really lucky:

On Sunday morning, go to CC, pick up the same thing and ask them to PM it. That'll get the price down to $9 or so ... now, that HOT !!!

The only problem is that CC will probably call your local Staples to see if it's in stock or not since the PM is for $50+ & they prolly won't do it if it's OOS

I agree. That's a great price, but I can't stand the new layout some KBs have with the huge delete key instead of the 2x3 key layout (Ins/Del/Hm/End/PgUp/PgDn).

I have the 5000 and don't use it because I find it annoying.

There's also a color laser printer for $149. That seems like a good deal.

According to one of the reviews here, the range is better than 10 ft. But, you never know.

My guess is that online prices will get adjusted Sunday, and you should be able to order online. Unless, of course, it's a B&M only deal.

I picked one up during the week and am going to PM it on Sunday at Staples.

FYI, there are two version of this combo. The one with the 3 button mouse and one with the 5 button mouse. It seems that most stores only carry the 3 button but I'm pretty sure both have the same SKU and product code (that's what I was told over the phone).

The only info from the ad I omitted is "While supplies last." It doesn't mention any rebates or quantity limits.

I picked up 10 each of the Playo DVD+R and DVD-R. I went to two stores, since the first one I went to only had 1 DVD+R.
I guess I should have picked up that MS 4000 keyboard/mouse combo, I didn't realize how hot a deal that was. I probably could have made some money reselling it. Oh well.
