Squeaky arm

Last week I moved a lot of stuff from my apartment including some bigger items.

My wrist on the top side hurts a little. if I put my ear to it and move my hand up and down, it squeaks. I guess another way to put it is it's like a squeaky rocking chair. I'm going to the doctor but I wanted to see what you guys thought.
 
The squeaking usually isn't a big deal. In my experience, it typically means some of the subtle movements of the joint(s) isn't moving as well as it should. Unless it has been hurting a lot or for a while, it should alleviate on its own.
