I headed over to IMDB and found some worthwhile comments regarding this pic
IMDB forums
1. if you look on the left arm, you can still see some red residue of where someone forgot to photoshop.
2. someone in the IMDB forums pointed out that this scene is from Spiderman2 when Harry takes off the mask when peter is lying unconcious in the office. Then he stands up and rips the barbed wiring apart.
3. the black symbiote suit doesn't look like the original red and blue suit.
4. it should be able to heal itself

Picture was confirmed as a fake awhile back.
Spidey got the black costume during Secret Wars, not Infinity Gauntlet. It was the heroes vs. the Beyonder, in addition to an army of supervillians. He tried to use a clothing machine people were using to make new threads. He used the wrong one, got a little black ball of goo that ran up his arm, nd voila! Alien costume.

...The Spider-Man movies would be so much cooler if Toby Maguire wasn't such a nerd. I always pictured Peter Parker as maybe a geek (he went to Doc Ock's science camp and all), but not an out-and-out nerd. Oh well.

1st - The venom part is from the spawn movie, the sand part is from the mummy movie, and etc.

The one the OP posted is the normal red-and-blue costumed photoshoped black.

Look at the difference in the chest emblem thing.
