Speeding up cable???

we have 64/16 kbits cablke connection. Althought my download speed is limited to 8 kb i can have rate up to 30 (mostly around 20). I have w2k pro as the OS. If any one writes how to speed up that i would be glad.

What do you meen speed up. if you pay for a 64kbps download speed and your getting 20KB/sec (160kbps) then why are you complaning. You'll get what you pay for, in your case more 🙂

You could cut the cable at all of your neighbor's houses, since they are the ones using your bandwidth. But that would be immoral and illegal 🙂
