Speeding up cable???

we have 64/16 kbits cablke connection. Althought my download speed is limited to 8 kb i can have rate up to 30 (mostly around 20). I have w2k pro as the OS. If any one writes how to speed up that i would be glad.

What do you meen speed up. if you pay for a 64kbps download speed and your getting 20KB/sec (160kbps) then why are you complaning. You'll get what you pay for, in your case more

You could cut the cable at all of your neighbor's houses, since they are the ones using your bandwidth. But that would be immoral and illegal
