So, I was driving back from Montreal yesterday and was going through the Adirondacks and got pulled over. I was just passing a few people in the left lane, going 87 in a 65 and got a ticket.
According to PA law it says:
Although reported to PennDOT, minor traffic offenses such as speeding, red light, stop sign, etc., will (NOT) appear on your driving record, unless you are a CDL holder. Points will not be assessed to your PA driving record when convicted of a point related offense in a DLC member state.
So, would my best course of action be to just pay the ticket and let it be? Would they go easier on me as far as the price if I drove back there and payed it off in person? Thanks
