Highways and Freeways should be illegal for everyone else to drive on but me. Then any and all speed limits should be lifted. Then I will be happy.

If the attitude towards driving changed to the point where people see driving as an activity instead of something that happens (this isn't likely), I'd say that a 90MPH speed limit on the interstate, 70 on smaller freeways, and 60MPH on two lane roads would be easily doable. However the problem that lies is that people don't recognize thier responsibility when flinging a two ton chuck of machinery down a road. They are responsible for making sure the vehicle is maintained and road worthy, they are responsible for making sure everything is secure BEFORE moving, they are responsible for making sure the area ahead of them is clear of obstructions, they are responsible for helping traffic move smoothly, and they are responsible for learning the skills needed to operate thier vehicle. This often does not happen. That's why you see people driving around with flat tires, people hitting large vehicles stopped at lights, and acting total asshats.
Personally, I would support a move that would allow a 10MPH higher speed on the interstate if you had a sticker on your car, which you could obtain via taking extra classes involving hands on training on a regular basis. (ie: once every three years). Of course, this will never happen as speeding tickets are a major source of revenue for many areas.
