All die sizes are within 5mm^2. The poster here has been right on some things in the past afaik, and to his credit was the first to saying 505mm^2 for Navi21, which other people have backed up. Even still though, take the following with a pich of salt.

Navi21 - 505mm^2

Navi22 - 340mm^2

Navi23 - 240mm^2

CUs are 30% more energy more efficient and hit 30% faster clocks than RDNA 1. Infinity Cache gives 2.17x the bandwidth with 90% of the power using 256-bit memory bus vs a tradition 384-bit bus.

Overall, 54% perf/W increase.

I'm an AMD "fanboy" since I was little (for no reason). ATI (RAGE MODE!) was also my "team of choice", but guys, GUYS! What's happening?¡ What AMD is this?! And see the difference that Raja absence does? Noticed the shirt with the Konami code? So much more subtle... THEY'RE CHEATING!!

I can't believe this if it's all real.
And as I had predicted on another thread I bet that today Zen 3 NDA will be lifted, we'll see how the architecture really looks like and how it works together with RDNA2.
