I going to rant a bit.

Thank you to everyone who supported legislation designed to target transgender individuals, which includes me. I am so glad I can no longer receive appropriate Healthcare in certain states. I am so pleased I can now be yelled at in the midst of going to the bathroom. Must mean I must push myself back into the closet where I belong. I mist express my gratitude in the uptick in verbal violence. It's nice getting called a freak and stupid. It's a privilege having my family threatened to be taken away from me depending on the places we go. I must say it's an honor to not be able to travel to certain states because of the culture of bigotry that exists. To be singled out for my genetics, why, there is a wonderful experience that I recommend all can share in. May you find peace and comfort in knowing you have created so much misery and anxiety to others. You never know, the threat of eradication might work this time.

In all seriousness, the threats are increasing. Now, if you will excuse me, I must go and figure out how to protect myself and family. No, a gun is not the answer. I already have an autistic child who tried to take her life. I also got close to taking my own. But hey, would have made some groups happy. One less transgender person to deal with.

Can you tell I'm pissed off? I hope the sarcasm meter for people isn't broken.

In all honesty, I'm fine. Well, as much as can be expected given the circumstances. I will keep carrying on and be who I am. It's kinda hard to deny my existence.

You’ve got every right to be mad. I’m mad too.

I was rounding on patients today. A lovely phrase from a patient, and I quote, "I remember you from last time, something about sex with midgets."

I am privileged to deal with all types. 🙄

Florida HB1223 takes "Don't Say Gay" to the next level, now you can't be a teacher if you're trans.
Well, unless you're willing to look like this, while still having the students refer to you as "Mister" and use he/him pronouns.

SD isn't the only state, seems neighboring iOwa (republican controlled) is doing their best to add to the harm. And the only answer to these republican attacks???

Iowa family plans to move out of state over new transgender laws

Yep. Just move away!!!!!
Leave the state of iOwa to the deplorable's.
Sit back, and watch what happens to the state and to the states future.

Thirteen-year-old Lilly Carriere, "I didn't know like this was actually Iowa and this was going to happen at first. But when it became more real, I started to get into what is happening," Lilly said.

Because of these changes, the Carriere family is planning to move back home to Minnesota.

Since Gov. Kim Reynolds signed the 'bathroom bill' into law, when Lilly wants to use the restroom at school now, she must go to the boy's room, unless she requests special accommodations. She did and now uses the bathroom in the nurse's office.

The governor also signed a bill into law that bans gender transition procedures for anyone under 18 years old. That ban includes puberty blockers, which Lilly takes every three months.
