Doing the same here.
When does this bundle come out, and what version of the PS3 comes with it?

It looks like they just have the $100 cash back with purchase of $299 or more with no extras. I jumped on the 40GB one a couple of months ago and when they were giving $100 back, free shipping, and a free second controller ($50 msrp). I sold spider man 3 for $20 and plan on dumping all 5 mail in blu-rays as well, so I'll probably end up getting the thing for $200.

Plus you rack up quite a few sony style points, almost enough to get another blu ray movie for free.

I primarily use it for bluray/dvd movies and as a HTPC, and in this regard it was the greatest purchase ever. I was a bit down on it before they had divx/xvid support, but that they do it's perfect. It literally took less than a minute to set it up with windows media player on my PC. It was also noticeably better than my stand alone dvd player at upscaling dvds. I converted some mkv HD files to wmv 720p and it's able to stream it without any hiccups.

I don't game much, but it's nice to download free demos and get a quick fix (gran turismo HD, burnout paradise, devil may cry 4, super star dust HD, etc).

I guess what I'm trying to say is if you're on the fence don't hesitate.

Guessing whenever MGS4 is released which I believe is late Q2. Its the 80GB version with MGS4 ($60) and the Dual Shock 3 controller ($55) for $500.

I'd like to see an actual listing of "authorized retailers" but I could find no such thing on Sony's site.

I've got a Meijer 20% off coupon, which if they are an authorized retailer, would make this a smokin' deal at around $220.

Just to let you all know, I received my $100 credit today. The PS3 was ordered on 2/29 and arrived on 3/5.

They also refunded me $15 due to Spiderman 3 not being in the box. So, the PS3 only cost me $264 shipped.

did anyone print out promotion from back around november of last year?

I originally believed I had my credit as the CS rep told when I didn't see it appear on intial statement. Was told she sees it but it will show up on my next statement if not it'll so up after 12 weeks

full 12 weeks now and suddenly the story, is they show anything except the 0 interest for 12 months.

Spoke to a supervisor and he said he'll be forwarding this over to marketing so they can pull up the promotions.

But I need to have my bases covered. Any help would be appreciated.

does it allow balance transfers, and with no interest for 12 on that?

Sony Card is done by Chase.

Chase credit cards suck ass.
Why do you say that?

They nickel and dime to on fees and they just jack up rates whenever they feel like it.
What fees? I have a Chase card that's currently at 8%. I just started using it again though, to upgrade my pc. Now that you've said that, I'll see if they change it.

I have had chase for over 10 years now with no issues, no suprise fees, never seen the interest rate jack up unless I was stupid and missed a payment or something. Great interest rates for the most part and their rewards program is pretty nice IMO.

I'm tempted to jump on the deal, but there's been rumors flying around about a new version of the ps3 coming out ... been trying to get the 60gb but seems like they're out 🙁

I'm currently waiting on my card to come in the mail but had a question. I have $55 in BB rewards certs and if I put those to a PS3 would I still get the $100 credit and 0% for 12 months?
