Songs with great intro's

What are some of the best ones out there?

I think Thunder Road - Bruce Springsteen is great, Billy Joel's Scenes From An Italian Restuarant is great also.

Sweet Child O' Mine and Paradise City - Guns and Roses have awesome intro's, and You Shook Me All Night Long - ACDC, has a great guitar solo intro.

Where the streets have no name by U2

Pinball Wizard by The Who

Gin and Juice by the Gourds.....Ok, not a great intro, but one of the best covers of all time.

Haushinka by Green Day

Yeah, believe it or not, most people here are not the nerdy type you like to think they are to make yourself feel better. 😉

A ton of songs by The Cure

... that Megadeth reference so just reminded me of how much I liked Hanger 18...

Sweet Child O' Mine - Aerosmith (not the radio version with its 1 second intro)

Money - Pink Floyd

Oh man, I love it when that harmonica starts up. That's my favorite song.

The Wizard by Black Sabbath (harmonica FTW)
Thunderstruck by AC/DC (their voices sound like chainsaws, nice guitar line, good bass boost)
In My Place by Coldplay
Sonne by Rammstein (count to nine in German, then let the hard music begin)

Yeah it came on at the gym today (its usually GnR, ACDC, Metallica, that sort of stuff) and I'm singing along while I workout and everybodies laughing at how I knew the words. Great lyrics to say the least.

Never thought about it like that before, but they do sound like chainsaws.

Hells Bells

The bells at my school sound like that. They play over the Public Address system. I need jack into the system and play Hell's Bells instead. It's on my to-do list for next year (senior pranks FTW).
