Liberals will now have to adjust the definition of Late Term to include babies already born but were intended to be aborted. It's really only fair to the mother. Besides, I've been saying for years now that mothers should have the right to summarily execute their children without provocation..

So her first child died of kidney related disease, devastating her. Her second child was born with serious health problems and will suffer his entire life with it. Her "aborted" child she became pregnant with WHILE ON THE PILL and she feared the outcome would be another unhealthy, sick baby that would die shortly after birth. I think seeing one of your children die and another one cope with lifelong illness is enough to justify wanting to terminate at 8 weeks. Note she's thrilled that he survived and will likely lead a normal life.

I think she should be tried for murder. She carries a gene that causes serious kidney damage in her babies and her first child died 20 minutes after being born. Clearly and indisputably it's her fault. Now she's having more kids to pass this disease on to? Lock the bitch up.
A law like that exists in Illinois, and Obama voted for it.
If a baby somehow survives an abortion attempt, the medical staff has to let it die ... even if it's viable with a good long-term prognosis.
I can't think of a sadder situation.
The lady mentioned in the OP can put the child up for adoption or (in many / most states) turn it over to the state (and she should). Maybe she can recover delivery costs.
I can see how it would be a death threat or a condemnation to hell. Either way it was pretty creepy.
