If I had any kind of indoor range it would be for air rifles or bows. None of shooting by products are good for you.

It's a great idea, but being a cult leader is a full time gig, I don't know if I want to put out that sort of effort. Then there is the constant stress of having guests in my house, what if I want to walk around in my underwear? There might also be kids around, I wouldn't want to inflect that kind of trauma on a child. Some things just can't be unseen.

Dude, walking around in your underwear, among strangers and with kids about, is pretty much the primary benefit/definition of a cult leader and their power.

When we lived in a 3 level townhouse it had on the third floor one large bedroom and two small.
On the second floor it had a half bath and also a half bath on the first floor.
Thats perfect for guests or shady characters who beg to get into your house to use the can.

That place could actually be quite profitable tbh... rent rooms at a decent but not super expensive rate, like maybe $120/night, and then run the trailer park and get money off lot fees.

Keep the place in half decent shape to make it semi attractive to clients and for the meth labbers and dealers, demand a 5% cut in profits and that they don't cause anyone trouble or you call the cops on them.
