You keep harping on Minimum Wage. Even Wages higher than the Minimum Wage are insufficient "Living Wages" in Cities.
You pretty much dodged his entire point. All housing/apartment units have a certain value, and those that can afford those units should be able to buy them. If a unit in a city is worth $100k, It makes no sense to deny the sale to someone with the money only to give it away to someone who does not have the money. Things of value should be bought.
I dodged nothing. There are good reasons for these types of Programs. Reasons you seem unable to grasp.
