It's a lot easier to get in touch with american and canadian law enforcement, oftentimes they will actually DO something, too. I think ebay itself actually warns about shipping to outside of NA because of buyer protection and stuff. It's much CHEAPER to ship, you rarely have to worry about half-assed wire transfers and crap like that, and most importantly, ATOT has most of NA covered. We can always pay people a visit if nothing else works.![]()
They wont do anything, they don't care. All you get is the run around pointing fingers at different agencies as to who's supposed to do what. Lots of threads about this right here on how some members got screwed in the past.

Rule #1 on ebay.. if you are from America, your best bet is to allow buyers from US/Canada. You might piss off a couple people, you might miss out on a bidder or two, but you are less likely to get caught up in a scam.
