I will kept that rule in mind ! thx Ness

but what protection does seller have for buyer in America ?

It's a lot easier to get in touch with american and canadian law enforcement, oftentimes they will actually DO something, too. I think ebay itself actually warns about shipping to outside of NA because of buyer protection and stuff. It's much CHEAPER to ship, you rarely have to worry about half-assed wire transfers and crap like that, and most importantly, ATOT has most of NA covered. We can always pay people a visit if nothing else works. ;)

They wont do anything, they don't care. All you get is the run around pointing fingers at different agencies as to who's supposed to do what. Lots of threads about this right here on how some members got screwed in the past.

Bull. Walk right into the FS/FT forum and see how many members who have gotten trolled will contact the troll's local law enforcement, and watch them say that they send someone over and recover the item on many occasions.

I don't do international sales, it becomes unnecessarily complicated with customs, calculating shipping, etc.

& all that's assuming you're not going to get scammed in the first place.

Don't want an exact description, but what do you have listed & what is the $ value we're talking about?

I say accept the paypal then immediately clear the funds. Once you clear them out of your paypal, there ain't a damn thing he can do. Payment first of course.
