How are you going to ship it? Whether or not he can scam you depends on how he wants you to ship...certain methods will result in an undisputable chargeback

Too sketchy. I would not sell to anybody outside of north america personally, and I'd be weary of selling even to Canada.

Rule #1 on ebay.. if you are from America, your best bet is to allow buyers from US/Canada. You might piss off a couple people, you might miss out on a bidder or two, but you are less likely to get caught up in a scam.

None, but the US is a huge market. For them to not use it screws them; for an American not to sell out of the US doesn't do much.

Oh I didn't realize those were IM logs. I thought you were having a lapse of lucidity, but I agree with hevnsnt, let the dude find it elsewhere, or make him have a big long time hold on the money deposited so that nobody can refute it.

Even though im from that part of the world, Id say donot ship it. Not worth it. Even of the deal turns out to be good, the shipping charges will be far too high. <60$ for 200grams.

Its safe enough but not worth the extra costs and hassles.

It's a lot easier to get in touch with american and canadian law enforcement, oftentimes they will actually DO something, too. I think ebay itself actually warns about shipping to outside of NA because of buyer protection and stuff. It's much CHEAPER to ship, you rarely have to worry about half-assed wire transfers and crap like that, and most importantly, ATOT has most of NA covered. We can always pay people a visit if nothing else works. ;)

They wont do anything, they don't care. All you get is the run around pointing fingers at different agencies as to who's supposed to do what. Lots of threads about this right here on how some members got screwed in the past.

The only time I would take a foreign order wuold be if it was wired directly to me. That way there is absolutely no chance of fraud or a chargeback.
