My friends just got a package delivered to their house, apparently delivered to one of the past residents (though they don't know for sure; they don't have forwarding information, and are just guessing it is a previous resident, since the address is theirs).
The package? A refurb Apple 22" Cinema LCD and a brand new iBook (the 14.1", I believe). The kicker? They weren't there to sign for the package; the delivery company just dropped it off, and no return address is listed. No contact information is listed.
It's sitting in their foyeur right now, and they're not sure what to do -- they're far from a group of morally challenged people, and were they to have some easy way to return it, I know they would. They're still puzzling over what to do, though.
